1. Plate-making: CTP plate-making is generally adopted for plastic box plate-making.

2. Selection of materials: The general plastic box packaging is made of PET, PVC, PP and other materials. The thickness of PVC and PET is mostly 0.10-0.0.55, and PP can be up to 0.75MM because the material is too thick. The plastic box is too hard, and the appearance looks stiff.

3. Printing: The outside of the plastic box will not be printed. At most, it is only silk screen printing. Because the plastic box is an outer packaging box, the printing process is very high. The most taboo color differences, ink dots, and fades affect these aesthetic shortcomings.

4. Surface treatment: The packaging of the plastic box usually needs to be surface-treated. The common ones are over-gloss glue, over-matt glue, over-uv, over-gloss oil, and over-matt oil. It is also what we call offset printing.

5. Beer (die-cutting): Beer is a more important part of the printing process. To be accurate, you must be accurate with a knife and die. If the beer is not accurate, the beer is biased, and continuous beer will seriously affect subsequent processing.

6. Laminating: The usual prints are film first and then beer, but the only plastic box is beer first and then film. First, they are afraid of flower packaging, and second, the plastic box pays attention to the overall beauty. The plastic film must be hand-made. Production, this can achieve a certain aesthetic.

7. Glue box: After the laminating machine, it needs to go through the gluing process (automatic gluing box, artificial gluing box). The glue box needs to pay attention to the choice of glue. Different materials require different types of glue.
